Abstract

This paper presents a Smart devices time complexity measurement issue so using time scheduling algorithm and heuristic based on genetic algorithms optimization techniques we can measure smart devices real-time environment time complexity of task execution. To maintain the efficiency & accuracy of smart devices, to avoid the time complexity an performance issue that is observed in every smart devices on every task so using optimization techniques device  moment can be detected everywhere in different environments. Thus, the different smart devices adopts different execution time complexity, each time slot considering the average time
